To reserve one of our trips or tours please read and follow this information:

IMPORTAN NOTES

• Please confirm if you want an extra night in Aguas Calientes after the trek as these details cannot be changed after making a booking.

STEP 1
Please fill out our online reservation form (lines below). You will need the following information for each person in your group:
- First Name and Last Name
- Passport number
- Nationality
- Age

STEP 2
We require a deposit of 60% of the total price per person to secure your reservation. One of the most economical ways to send money is by Western Union (http://westernunion.com).

Using Western Union, you must wire the money using the following information:

After you have sent your deposit, please email us the Money Transfer Control Number that Western Union will give to you.

Also you can make a wire bank transfer, contact us to send our bank details.

STEP 3
After we have confirmed your deposit, we will confirm your reservation by email, within the next 3 bussines days.

STEP 4
The remaining balance must be paid in our office:

We must receive your payment least one day prior to your departure date. Payment can be made in cash using U.S. dollars ($) or Peruvian Nuevo Soles (S/.), or travel cheks.
