 Day 1: Uros - Amantani.
At 7:30 am we start with transfer from your hotel to the port. Then using a motor boat we will reach Uros floating Islands, visit it, stepping on them feels very much like a water bed, we see the houses, the islands and rides on traditional reed boats can be arranged .We visit two of the 30 islands before continuing on to Amantani Island. After a 3 hour journey we get to Amantani. You will probably see local families running down the hill to welcome you. At the port our group breaks into smaller groups for home stays. the lunch is served by your designated family. Optional football match, then a hike to the high point of the island to watch the sunset. At dinner you designated family will dress you up in traditional local costumes and take you to the community hall for a small celebration, it is a lot of fun! Fell the energy of this live culture.
Day 2: Amantani - Taquile - Puno.
Breakfast and departure to Taquile island. After an hour navigation we get to this unique place. There, a long path gradually ascending will take us to the village (50 min. hike approx) to visit the communal cooperative. Free time for lunch at one of the local restaurants. The views are magnificent. Then we descend 500 steps down to the port. Arrive in Puno around 4:00 pm.

At 6:30 am pick up from your selcetd hotel and transfer to the port. Then by motor boat we visit the Uros floating Islands. Stepping on them feels very much like a water bed. We see the houses, the islands and meet its friendly inhabitants .Uros people are descendents of one of the oldest South American groups. Rides on traditional reed boats can be arranged. We visit two of the 30 islands before continuing on to Taquile Island. After a relaxed navigation of 2 1/2 hours when we get the chance to enjoy the spectacular views offered by Lake Titicaca, we get to this unique place. There a unique community can be observed, they conserve Incan laws and social system. A long path gradually ascending will take us to the village, the views are unique .To visit the communal cooperative. Free time for lunch at one of the local restaurants. After that we descent 500 steps down to the port. At 2:30 pm approx. return to Puno (a 3 hour return journey). On arrival at Puno we transfer you to your hotel.

 At 2:00 pm pick up from your selected hotel in Puno, then by bus we travel through the Altiplano "the High Plains" on the way we observe the typical flora and farming scenes. On arrival at the Sillustani peninsula, we take a guided tour which tells us about the local beliefs in the afterlife whilst observing the huge funerary towers known as “Chullpas” Sillustani is a Peninsula surrounded by the Umayo lagoon that gives the area and extraordinary contrast of colors and views. In the way back to Puno we have a visit of a typical local house.Arrive to the hotel around 5:30 pm

Early pick up from your selected hotel, bus ride from Puno to a small ranch, then by horseback we run solitary but spectacular landscapes, the views are outstanding while we observe the flora and fauna of the high Andes and enjoy the views over Umayo Lagoon. After 2 ½ hours of horseback ride arrive to Sillustani, by the Umayo lagoon from a small port a fisherman on a paddle wooden boat will take us to the Umayo island on the centre of the lagoon, this island is a reserve to protect Vicunas a type of south American camelid, that mean to have the fines wool fiber, as well Chinchillas, Viscachas, eagles and wild guinea pigs can be observed. Later return to Sillustani complex lunch at a panoramic restaurant and visit the Cemetery of the Kolla lords a pre Incan culture. Guided visit in this magical place, learn about the fascinate life after death believes in the Andes and ancient Peru. On Sillustani ruins we observe enormous “Chullpas” funerary towers for the pre Inca Kolla Kings. Then return to Puno.
