We require a non refundable deposit to guarantee your reserve. You can use any of the following ways:

A.-  Credit card, we take VISA, MASTER CARD AND AMERICAN EXPRESS (we will e-mail you a url for this)

STEP 3
After we have confirmed your deposit, we will confirm your reservation by email, within the next 3 bussines days.

STEP 4
The remaining balance must be paid in our office:
Adress: Calle Garcilaso 210, office 210-B (Casa del Abuelo). Cusco Peru
We must receive your balance payment at least one day prior to your departure date. Payment can be made in cash using U.S. dollars ($), Peruvian Nuevo Soles (S/.), or traveler checks.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• To confirm a reservation we need the complete personal information of each member of your group such as Passport full names, Passport nationality, Passport number, ages, gender and if you are vegetarian, passport numbers are very important, so if you are in the process of getting a new one or so just let us know.  The names and passport numbers that you send us when you made a trek booking will be written on your trek permit. After purchasing the permit we cannot change the date of trek departure or change the name or passport number on the trek permit. When you start the Inca Trail government wardens will check your passport details against the details on the trek permit. If the details are not the same then you will not be allowed to start the trek
• Please confirm if you want to hire the services of personal porters (either half or comlete one) or stay an extra night in Aguas Calientes after the trek as these details are relevant
• Clients who have booked as students must bring their original ISIC cards to Cusco

A. - INKA TRAIL

• COLIBRI TOUR request a non-refundable 50% deposit to guarantee your Inca Trail permits.
• Balance payment have to be done at least a day prior to your departure date using  USD cash, Peruvian soles or traveler checks. 

1. –CLIENT’S CANCELATION               

• In case of trek cancellation until 16 days prior to the trek departure the deposit is non refundable and we must receive a written notification of your decision to cancel a trip.
• Trek cancellation  between 15 days and 1 day prior to  trek departure (after having paid the balance), we won’t be able to refunded any money, we only can give you
  • The Inca Trail entrance ticket, which is valid to visit Machupicchu
  • Train ticket to come back from Aguas Calientes to Cusco
• In case you have started the Inca Trail (after having paid the trek in full), we won’t be able to refunded any money, we only can give you:
  • The Inca Trail entrance ticket, which is valid to visit Machupicchu
  • Train ticket to come back from Aguas Calientes to Cusco
  • Bus ticket from Machupicchu to Aguas  Calientes
• In all instances of trek cancellation by the client, COLIBRI will provide a written confirmation of the cancellation and details of any payments lost, this could be used in the event of any insurance claim made by the client 

2. – COLIBRI TOUR CANCELATION

If COLIBRI TOUR has to cancel your Inca Trail reservation, becuase to a forced situation outside of the company’s control such as strikes, climatic disasters and others

• The Company will notify you by e-mail.
• The Company  will give you other trekking option with the same amount of days
• Only if  the company is not going to be able to offer you another alternative trek. then we will refund only the proportion of the cost of the trek that has not already been spent or used operating the trek (Example: entrance fees, train tickets and others)  

B. – ALTERNATIVE TREKS AND EXPEDITIONS

• COLIBRI TOUR requires a non-refundable 40% deposit to secure your places
• Balance payment has to be done at least a day prior to your departure date using  USD cash, Peruvian soles or traveler checks.

1. - CLIENT’S CANCELATION

• Trek cancelation between 2 days and the night before to the departure date (after having paid the trek in full),  we won’t be able to refunded any money, we only can give you:

- Entrance ticket to visit Machupicchu
- Train ticket to come back from Aguas Calientes to Cusco
- Bus ticket from Machupicchu to Aguas  Calientes

• Trek cancellation when you have started it:  The company won’t give you any reimburse     

2. – COLIBRI TOUR CANCELATION

If COLIBRI TOUR has to cancel your Inca Trail reservation, becuase to a forced situation outside of the company’s control such as strikes, climatic disasters and others.

• We will notify you by e-mail.
• We will give you other trekking option with the same amount of days
• In case we won’t be able to offer you other alternative trek, then we will refund only the proportion of the cost of the trek that has not already been spent or committed to operating the trek (Example: entrance fees, train tickets, guide and others)

2.       Balance payment has to be done in Cusco using  USD cash, Peruvian soles or traveler checks.

• In case of last moment cancellation after having paid it in full the company won’t give you any reimburse  

2. –COLIBRI TOUR CANCELATION

If COLIBRI TOUR had to cancel your booking due to a forced situation outside of the company’s manage (example: climatic disasters, strikes and others):

• We will notify you by e-mail.
• We will give you other option with the same amount of days
• In case we won’t be able to offer you other alternative option, then we will refund only the proportion of the cost of the trek that has not already been spent or committed to operating the trek (Example: entrance fees, train tickets, guide and others) 

NOTE: In case you will get for any reason a new passport number, you have to let us know as soon as you get it, beacuse passport number is  very important to get into the trail (this according to the government laws)
